AGM's Assisted Living program offers clients a unique composition of an independent, home-like living environment with the safety and security of  24 hour supervision and personal care.

Where luxury facilities charge expensive prices, we offer luxury living on a smaller scale at an affordable price. Your loved one will enjoy a private/semi-private room, community outings and activities, in-home grooming services (including hair and nails), home visiting health care providers including physicians, podiatrists, registered nurses, psychiatric services, physical therapy and more! 

Here is an overview of the services available in Assisted Living program: 

• Personal/direct care based on care plan assessment
• 3 balanced meals per day plus snacks
• Medication administration and management
• Person-Centered Care Management Planning (develop plan of care with input from residents and family members)
• Housekeeping and Laundry service
• Use of home, backyard and patio
• Scheduled social activities 
• In-home hair care/grooming services
• Private and Semi-private rooms available 
• Promote independence as much as possible
• Care delivered during the holidays
• Transportation assistance
